Special Order Policy

Some items are not stocked items and are available by special order only.  You will be notified if the item is a special order item.  Special order items are not returnable.  If there is a manufacturer's defect we will repair the product. If it cannot be repaired it will be replaced.

Return Policy

Items must be in original unopened packaging and be able to be resold.

Certain items relating to personal hygiene cannot be returned 

Under 15 days no restocking fee. 16-30 days 20% restocking fee. 

No returns accepted after 30 days. 

Returns must be preauthorized.

Shipping Policy

Items shipped common carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx)

$0-$50 is $25 fee

$50.01-$100 $39 fee

$100.01- $200 $65 fee

For local deliveries in the Roanoke, Bedford, Lynchburg area we have regular weekly deliveries on our own trucks.

under $50 is a $15 fee
